Downloading, streaming, or otherwise obtaining an in-use license of any game, unless you own it, is illegal. Not to mention dangerous, what with all the viruses out there. The companies have to make their money somehow.
The likeliness of getting caught is slim. However, rapidshare’s policy basically says they will cooperate with authorities.
