The money is from Irag. They started them last October, I think, for investing. Here is an example of the amount you have in US for investment value.
1 Million (1,000,000) New Iraqi Dinars $1189 (US) - Forty (40) 25,000 Dinar notes

ok, jedan means one, you got that…so jedan milion dinara means one million dinars in Serbian.
there were two Yugoslavian banknotes that worth 1.000.000 dinars. from 1989 and 1993.
dinar is an official currency in Serbia, and it was in Yugoslavia (while it existed)
1n 1993 there was an hyper-inflation in Yugoslavia and money changed it value every single day.
look at these links, I found pictures of both dinars banknote, one of those is definitely the one you have.
note, they are not in use for many years.
