The quality of the product is good. The issue with this is bit heavy, some time yo feel very hard to carry and transfer the food. It should have had another small handle on the other side. The lid is made of glass.. If you are a person careless about handing the cooking stuffs i wouldnt recommend this… Since i faced a hard time to clean the glass pieces when i droped the lid on the floor

This pan is the same top notch quality as the other Anolon Advacned pans. I used it for Stir Frys and could not be happier.

I have 3 other Anolon Advanced pans. They are made thick and heavy. When I ordered this pan I was expecting the same quality. This item is about 2/3 the thickness and weight of the french skillets. The pan cools down too quickly when used for stir frying. If it were heavier it would retain heat much better when putting in the food.
