I thought this was a excellant choose of videos .Some want to point the finger so bad they are truly forgetting what this man is saying if you listen to the words that he is saying there would be no misinterpetation . I mean before there was anyone brave enough to threw up a sign in a video he blessed us .(It ain’t hard to tell; on the roof opening the roof door he’s giving you his world).Young,Black and Gifted is the true curse. Blueprint please give me a break Illmatic was the blueprint for young cats coming from under KRS and Rakim combined .Though this DVD you would hear the message and see that he always tryed to make you see what he was seeing at the time he wrote the song. This definatly is for people who know how the appreciate good music and don’t mind beening open .I ENJOYED THIS DVD SO MUCH I HAD A ILLMATIC ANNVERSITY PARTY .All the best not to mention you can name all the MC’s that Nas actually birthed .But it’s all fair in love and war .Peace !Stay Up

This DVD is the best Greatest DVD of Greatest Video Hits ever made. This has every hit Nas has ever made from Illmatic to God’s Son. Nothing is left out (like other DVD’s), everything is here. The Bio is also good too. Get this DVD, because you will not be dissapointed whatsoever.

Being a huge fan of Nas I bought this DVD to see all his music videos, many of which I had not seen before. In England Nas is quite well known, but not considered mainstream, therefore his videos don’t get a lot of play from the music channels over here. The DVD includes 14 music videos that cover everything from Illmatic to Gods Son (though not Streets Disciple as it was released prior to that), it was definetely worth the money as I had only seen about half of these videos before.
I only give 4 stars because there is little in the way of extras, the DVD basically does what it says on the cover. One extra of note though is the commentary that Nas provides on the videos. This is interesting because Nas is quite critical of some of his songs around the I Am & Nastradamus phase of his career (as many others are), in particular You Owe Me & Hate Me Now. If you are a Nas fan, I would highly recommend this DVD despite the fact it says Vol 1, it includes basically every video he’s recorded up to 2002 and is a comprehensive collection.
