Product was as advertised. Has true colors and was an original HP cartridge. I am disappointed only in the ink volume for the money. Seems to run out quickly. I just got this printer so I’ll check other suppliers to see if this is specific to this cartridge or if my printer just guzzles ink.

This cartridge is supposed to print about 360 pages, but it only printed 252 pages. I know this because I called in to complain that the cartridges weren’t lasting as long in my new printer as they lasted in the old printer, and the customer service rep told me to keep track of the pages, so they could determine if I just had a defective cartidge or if there was a real problem. I’d call 100 pages less than advertised a real problem.
